Elysium Dental

Prepared for Dr. Lavinia and Dr. Flavius Popescu

Hi Dr. Lavinia and Dr. Flavius,

Thank you for taking a few minutes for this. I know how full your days are, so I've put everything in one place. Start with this short video, then explore the rest whenever it suits you.

A quick welcome

01 | Your website preview

A website built around your story.

I built this preview from what I've experienced as your patient and from your own website and Instagram. It includes Clara, a chat assistant who answers patients' questions, helps them request a visit, and hands them to your team whenever a person is the better answer. She's there to support your team, never to replace the care they give.

Try the website

A few things to try (about 5 minutes)

  1. 1Ask Clara about insurance. Try "Do you take Delta Dental?" or name any plan.
  2. 2Ask to book a cleaning. Pick a day and time and see how simple it is. A made-up name is perfect.
  3. 3Ask, "Can I talk to a person?" See how gently she hands off.
  4. 4Ask, "Is there anything special this month?"
  5. 5Tell her you're nervous. Try "It's been years since I've seen a dentist."
  6. 6Open it on your phone. Tap Call, Text or Book a Visit at the bottom of the screen.

It's a private preview, so try anything you like. Please don't enter real patient information. Nothing is live, and nothing changes on your current website unless you want it to.

One honest note. We haven't had a proper onboarding session yet, so a few details are general for now. You've been so intentional about every part of Elysium, and your website deserves the same care. The next step I'd suggest is a session together, so I can shape it around exactly what you want patients to experience and feel.

02 | The follow-up campaign

Gentle follow-up that brings patients back to your team.

Clara and these messages do the remembering. Your team does the caring. Every warm reply becomes a call for one of your people, and they already know why they're calling.

The follow-up campaign
  • Welcome back. Warm notes in your voice for patients you haven't seen in a while. Your team chooses who receives them.
  • Questions that haven't booked yet. A call task for your team first, then a light hello by text or email.
  • After a consultation. Kind check-ins that never name a treatment in a text or email.
  • Reviews. New reviews brought to you the same day, with suggested replies you approve.
  • A special of the month. A thoughtful upgrade or gesture rather than a discount, and the same in the chat and in every message.

Works either way

Built to work with the website, and on its own. The campaign connects with the new website and Clara, so everything speaks with one voice. If someone else handles your website, it can still be launched separately.

What patients would see

What the texts look like on a patient's phone. These are previews with a made-up patient named Sarah, and none of them has been sent to anyone.

Nothing reaches a real patient until you approve the list and the words, and the privacy agreement is signed.

I've also left printed copies at your front desk.

Patient privacy

Privacy built into everything.

Your patients trust you with their health, so privacy is part of how I build, not an afterthought. The guide has a full section on it, including the HIPAA setup and signed business associate agreement that come before any patient information goes into the system.

About me

Why work with me

  • I'm local. I live and work here in Naples, and I'm also your patient.
  • You can reach me. We can meet in person, and you have my cell, (267) 307-7020. When you call or text, you reach me.
  • Fair rates. Without the overhead of a large agency, my rates are lower.
  • I care. I care deeply about your success, and I'll go above and beyond, the way your team does for every patient.
  • I'll be honest. If you'd prefer an agency that works only with dentists, I'm not the one, and I'd understand completely.

Let's talk

Could we find 20 minutes together, in person?

I'd love to walk through all of this with you both, at your office or wherever suits you. I'll bring the ideas I believe would make the biggest difference, and I'll listen to what you want Elysium to feel like for every patient. Even if we never work together, you'll leave with insights your team or your agency can put to work right away.

I'll be honest with you, the way I'd want someone to be with me. This is my work, and I don't do it for free. But I value your time as much as my own, so I wanted to earn your trust by showing you what I can do first, before asking you to take any leap of faith. Meeting is how we'll all know whether working together makes sense, in any capacity.

To make it easy, I'll call your office on Wednesday, October 21, to find a time that suits you both. If you'd rather reach me sooner, text or call me anytime.

Thank you.

Thank you for the care you give me, my family and so many others in Naples, and for spending some of your valuable time here. It means a great deal.
